- Import contact details of your colleagues
The first step in synchronizing an email signature to emails sent by your employees is to register their professional information (name, first name, job, email, etc.) on the device. There are two options for this, either entering the information on the interface, or completing an Excel file, and saving on the tool. This manipulation allows you to customize your employees email signature template with the email signature template that you have configured.
- On the home page, click the “Users” tab, then “Add” and save the information.

- Once this step is completed, go to the home page and click on the “Email Signature” tab.
- On the left pane, there are tools available to configure and customize your email signature template:
- Choose a model, and import your logo,
- Select the employee information you want to appear in the email signature (function, last name, first name, website, photo, etc.).
- Enter the URL of your social network to engage your recipients to follow you.
- On the right panel, preview the rendering of your email signature template. We particularly appreciate the web design of the interface, which has just been revamped, simple and intuitive.

- If you’re on Outlook: Click the “Settings” tab, then the “Outlook” button. Download the Outlook application, and enter the sent security key number. The operation should be carried out once and remotely, by you and your staff without the need to go mail by mail.
- If you are on Gsuite, click “Settings”, “Synchronization” and select “Gsuite”. Then let yourself be guided!
