My interest in social media started when I was a teenager. I loved spending time on MySpace and MSN Messenger, communicating with my friends, creating unique profiles, and playing with the different features of each platform. Growing up, I realized that this passion was not just a hobby, but could lead me to a career that I would be proud of.
After graduating in Communications, I decided to specialize in Social Media Management and Online Marketing. I knew that this is what I wanted to do with my life. As I gained experience working on personal projects and internships, I realized that the skills I learned growing up have now become valuable assets in the professional world.
Today, as a Community Manager, I am able to harness my passion for social media and trends to help businesses and brands connect with their customers and grow their online presence. I love what I do and take great pride in working with amazing clients every day who share my vision.
Being a Community Manager is more than just posting updates on Facebook and Twitter. This requires understanding the essence of the brand, its goals and values, and then communicating them to your audience in an authentic and engaging way. It also means constantly updating on new platform features and market trends to stay relevant and continually innovate.
What I love most about my job is the opportunity to work with an incredible variety of clients, which allows me to enrich myself and develop my creativity with each new project. About a year ago, I had the opportunity to work with a young creative company that specialized in eco-design and sustainable interiors. Their vision and values ​​were a great fit with my personal beliefs, so I was excited to help grow their online presence and raise awareness of their products and services.
At first, his social media presence was minimal, with only a few followers and limited engagement. I worked closely with the team to better understand their brand identity and create a content plan that presented their mission in an engaging and informative way.
